Ok just come home from a couple of days break and found out I’ve put on a couple of pounds.
Even though I did a lot of walking it seems the excesses of the evening meals wasn’t outweighed (excuse the pun) , and on went the weight.
Now this needs to come off and I’ve decided to simply up my physical work rate for a few days rather than restrict my eating habits.
So I will be going jogging, GASP.
If my friends could read this they’d say that’s a first. And it will be.
I reakon a mile to start and see how it goes.
